The Government is transforming the system for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) so that services consistently support the best outcomes for them.
Local SEN co-ordinators, school staff and parents have been working collaboratively to create a local Special Education Needs and Disabilities Hub that will meet the needs of families, children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
