Cherry Class

Hello and welcome to Cherry Class. Cherry Class is a mixed-age group class of year 1 and 2 children who would love to talk to you about their ‘growth mindset’! In Cherry class, you’ll find Mrs Few.

Cherry Class are responsible for the school bee hive and love to learn about their importance within the environment. By the end of Cherry Class, the children will have a love of nature as they enjoy so many outside experiences. Alongside a rich and diverse curriculum, the children will learn in a variety of fun ways through engaging topics and rich experiences that help build their learning. Each week, they look forward to collecting more Dojo points for brilliant work and behaviour, so they can work towards getting a class treat at the end of each half term. The children enjoy coming up with new ideas for treats, including classroom discos and afternoon teas! Miss Barry and the children in Cherry love to share stories and you will regularly find them enjoying a book together.
