Birch Class

Welcome to Birch Class. In Birch you will find Mr Pruce. You will also find Mrs Steers, the teaching assistant, who runs our Forest School sessions for the Year 3s.

Birch Class is responsible for looking after and tending to the school garden and vegetable patch. The children love seeing it grow and change with the seasons. By the end of Birch Class, the children will have a greater appreciation for the outside and understand how to maintain our beautiful world and community.

Through our deep and varied curriculum, the children will engage in exciting and interesting learning experiences, aiming to develop the children as learners and individuals. Mr Pruce believes in making lessons fun and memorable.

Our favourite saying in Birch Class is 'have courage and be kind' this is something we hope to instil in all our children.
