Willow Class

Mr Josh Taylor

Welcome to Willow Class. Willow class is a mix of Year 5 and 6 pupils and is taught by Mr Taylor. The children in Willow Class are also supported by their teaching assistant Ms Chan.

In Willow, children are empowered to believe in themselves, take on challenges and become confident learners before their transition to secondary school. The Year 6 children are also given the opportunity to be a prefect in the school, taking on responsibilities from giving tours to prospective parents to running the buddy bench at lunchtime.

The most memorable experiences for children in Willow class tends to be our residential trip, the end of year production, the Year 6 water fight, the staff vs Year 6 rounders’ match and their leavers day. These are some of the special opportunities we give our Year 6’s to make their last year of primary school both memorable and special.
